You refer by sending your referral link to people you know, and posting it in areas accessible for those who are interested. Try not to spam your link in undesirable places.You may get banned from websites for that.

You are right about that but you are patient enough like I am you will be able to finish many of their sites. I have successfully completed 3 of theirs and gotten prizes. They will never deny you the prize if you fulfill requirements.
