What do you mean he has no Charisma? The charicter went from being this unwanted child, into a silver tongued charmer, to 'radical activist'.....to demon. All while maintaining devotion and worship from his Death Eaters. Seems like he must have loads of Charisma to be able to do all that.

what I meant was that Voldemort as the snake-ey thing it is at the very end of his "life" is completely uncharismatic, dominating his Death Eaters by fear and pain alone, and alluring others throught what he once was, not by what he is.
